The non-welding yard gate is assembled through the use of custom-designed corner connectors, eliminating the necessity for traditional welding procedures.

The gate body is crafted from A-grade high-quality aluminum. This material exhibits superior strength and ductility when contrasted with B-class aluminum rods.

The manufacturing process involves the utilization of a specifically designed mold for large-scale, consistent aluminum extrusion. Precision cutting of the aluminum is achieved using stainless steel molds, followed by accurate hole punching.

For the finishing touch, the gate undergoes a vertical hanging powder spraying process, employing top-of-the-line Tiger powder. This ensures that the gate maintains its color integrity and does not fade for up to 15 years.

Each completed gate set is subjected to pre-installation testing. Only after successfully passing this rigorous test is the product cleared for sale.

The gate body is packaged in an aluminum form, and the packaging box material and printing can be customized to meet the specific requirements of each customer.
